Choosing and installing your radiator - FAQ

1. How do I choose the right radiator for my room ?

The choice depends mainly on the room's surface area and insulation. Generally, you should allow 100W per m² for a well-insulated room.

2. Are the radiators compatible with my existing installation ?

Yes, our universal radiators are designed to fit most central heating systems. Simply check the number of connections and the type of fittings in the product sheet.

3. Are mounting brackets included ?

Most of our radiators come with mounting hardware. This is specified in the “Specifications” tab of each product sheet.

4. What is the difference between a 6-connection and an 8-connection radiator ?

6-way radiators offer more flexibility for connecting to your existing system, while 8-way models allow for even more configurations and can accommodate specific or complex installations.

5. Should radiators be bled before first use ?

Yes, it is strongly recommended to bleed the radiators before first use to remove air from the circuit and ensure optimal performance.

6. Is in-store pickup available?

Yes, you can order online and pick up your products directly from our store in Brussels. An advisor will also be on hand to assist you if needed.

7. How to handle a return?

If your order was delivered to your home:

Please submit your return request directly on the return page of our supplier VersaGroup. You will find all the instructions and the form to complete there.

If you picked up your order in store:

Returns must be made directly in store, with the product in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
