GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – BATI-MAT

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website https://www.bati-mat.shop/. By ordering from our website, you unreservedly accept these T&Cs. Bati-Mat reserves the right to modify them at any time.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Our products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of exceptional unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel their order or accept an additional delay.
Some items may be shipped from different logistics centers. This does not affect processing or delivery times indicated when ordering.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. Once the order is validated, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Bati-Mat reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (previous dispute, suspected fraud, etc.).
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
4.1 Home delivery

Products may be shipped directly from our warehouses or those of our logistics partners, depending on the nature and availability of the items.

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days.

Bati-Mat cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to external causes (force majeure, supplier, carrier, etc.).

The customer is responsible for the delivery information provided.
4.2 In-store pickup
The customer can choose the “Pick up in store” option:

Collection point : Bati-Mat – Rue des Coteaux 150, 1000 Brussels

Delivery time : 2 to 4 working days

Schedules :

Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Saturday: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Documents to present: confirmation email or SMS + identity document
The risks (loss, theft, damage) are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the product.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICE
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included. They are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are displayed during the ordering process. Bati-Mat reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment is made online using the methods offered on the website (bank cards, etc.). No order will be shipped without receipt of full payment.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Belgian legislation, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of their order (excluding personalized or custom-made products).
The return of products is at the customer's expense , in their original condition and in their complete packaging.

Or upon request, directly from VersaGroup (if shipped by the latter).
ARTICLE 8 – CLAIMS AND WARRANTIES

Any complaint must be sent within 8 days of receipt of the product to: service@bati-mat.be

Most products sold by Bati-Mat are covered by a supplier warranty of up to 10 years. The exact warranty period depends on the model and is specified in the technical data sheets available on the product pages. These documents can be downloaded at any time to review the terms and conditions.
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from abnormal use, improper installation or inadequate maintenance.

No returns will be accepted without prior agreement.

Products must be returned in perfect condition , in their original packaging.
ARTICLE 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bati-Mat cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage related to the use of the site or a product (loss of business, data, etc.). Access to the site may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates.
ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the website www.bati-mat.be are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided.
